01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the sj777 platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

sj777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account on the sj777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and OTP codes — strictly confidential.
• Notify sj777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify sj777 of any unauthorized access.

sj777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from sj777 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sj777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). sj777 supports the following payment channels:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank

The following financial terms apply to all transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Processing Time: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• Transaction Fees: sj777 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which sj777 bears no responsibility.

sj777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

sj777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered users who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.
• sj777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or collusion — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the sj777 Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay terms apply:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. sj777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wager placed will be refunded to your account balance.
• sj777 is not responsible for losses arising from interrupted internet connections, device failures, or other technical issues on the user's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game, table, and user account tier.
• Any winnings resulting from a game played with funds obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited in full.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sj777 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not valid and will be reversed.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other users.

08 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from sj777.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Use any sj777 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of sj777's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sj777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content or information published on the Platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information obtained through the Platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, sj777's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall sj777's total aggregate liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent sj777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
